Directs, administers and coordinates the operational administrative activities of Eden Housing Management Inc. (EHMI). The Director of Property Operations Administration has overall responsibility for ensuring that the SVP of Property Operations focus is on his/her core responsibilities while helping to eliminate decision-making and delivery bottlenecks in systems and operations caused by unforeseen legal issues; and reduce actual and hidden legal costs. Serves as the liaison between Property Operations and Real Estate Development. Collaborates with others to ensure effective partnership with departments supporting Property Operations Provides general consulting on legal and risk management aspects of property management
As a member of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT), works closely with the Executive Team (ET) in formulating and administering the organization’s policies, goals and objectives. The Director of Property Operations Administration will cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with all Eden Departments.

Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
