The Network Administrator reports to the Senior Director of Technology. He or she assists Team members with support, maintenance and optimization of core network services in support of , devices, and communications systems. He or she works alongside Business Technology (BT) Team members to provide logistical support, respond to queries, document changes, and assist with testing, assessment, diagnosis and resolution of network service outages and incidents. In addition, the Network Administrator will help plan the future growth and expansion of our computer network while maintaining our current systems and keeping our Technology staff updated on the latest connectivity and network tools and processes. The ideal candidate for this position is certified to work with Cisco networking equipment and is well-versed in Windows-based cloud computing solutions. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience at the enterprise networking level and can also work well with older technologies.

This position is responsible for the resident services coordination at properties designated for seniors and/or adults with special needs (i.e. developmental or physical disabilities, chronic mental health issues, chronic health conditions, etc.). The ability to effectively coordinate services for residents directly impacts the organization’s mission statement in that it allows residents to maintain their housing for longer periods of time, enhances their quality of life and provides for greater incidence of safe, affordable housing for the populations we serve.

The Associate Director of Community Partnerships leads the development and management of large-scale community partnerships, paid and unpaid, to enhance services programming for Eden Housing Resident Services, Inc. (EHRSI). This position reports to the Director of Resident Services and collaborates with other key internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement service partner relationships.  This position supervises the Community Partnerships Manager and Information and Referral Specialist; identifies, develops and oversees community partnerships; develops and oversees third party service provider contracts; develops new best practices to inform service delivery models; and coordinates with third party contractors to compile and present impact data for services programming.  This position also works closely with the Real Estate Development, Asset Management, and Compliance departments to ensure all new and existing contracts and partner services are carried out in compliance with all regulatory commitments.
